We may work as arbitrator, in any pending cases of the utilities and contractors.We may look after prestigious project in any part of the country and to submit detailed project ongoing report and to suggest way to expedite progress of works. We may examine and submit pending issues in the project and to suggest way to resolving them.We may expedite Quality Assurance Assignments on part of utilities through Manufacturing Quality Plans, Field Inspection plans and site-inspection.We may perform detailed site Detailed Project Completion Reports for any completed project. This report will help Utilities to take care of precautions in future project execution and to take care of delays in executions for similar issues.

Shri G.S. Bhati, is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Government Engineering College, Awdhesh Pratap Singh University,Rewa.He has 38 years of Experience in Power Sector. He has been retired as an Executice director from REC in 2021.He contribute for execution of major distributions project, a common Standard Bidding Documents were framed. This document has facilitated award & execution of 1,505 district wise distribution project on similar technical specification, similar bidder's qualification condition, similar contract condition and similar payments term of contract of Rs 225 Lakhs Crores (2.25 billion rupees).He is member of the core team for implementation of flagship programmes of Government of India ,namely, DDUGJY and Saubhagya, aiming creation & strengthening of distribution infrastructure in rural areas and universal household electrification. He has headed company’s business in Bihar, Jharkhand & NER States and responsible for successfully completion of 100% Village Electrification and 100% Household electrification in India. These two tasks were accomplished well within schedule completion period. Prior to joining REC, he served NTPC Ltd. ,and has experience in Project Management,Erection, testing and commissioning of power stations’ appliances such as 250 MVA Generator Transformers, 40 MVA Station Transformers, Unit Auxiliary Transformers and 6.6/433 KV; 1250KVA/ 1000 KVA/ 630KVA Service Transformers, 6.6KV Indoor HT works comprising SF6 Voltas make breakers and Vacuum Circuit Breakers of Unit Bus, Station Bus, Ash Slurry Plant and CHP Plant, 6.6 KV Control & Switchgear make HT Bus Duct, 415 Volts LT Switchgears of Control & Switchgears make in main plant, off sites and CHP area, 415 Volts Control & Switchgears make LT Bus Ducts, Coal Handling plant HT / LT Cabling, equipment erection, control panels, drives, Erection testing and commissioning of all 6.6KV HT motors in main plant (turbine and boiler) and entire off sites area which include ash disposal system, cooling water intake pump house, condenser extraction pumps, boiler feed pump, Conveyor, DM water pump, coal mill, FD / ID / PA fans etc. Round the clock electrical maintenance of Coal Handling Plant of 4x210MW Unchahar Stage I & II Thermal Power Station.
